Roberta is an amazing instructor!

I have seen the best results with my body. My waistline has gone down from 28inches to now 26.5 inches all because of all the core exercises we do in her class. My stomach has become super flat opposed to the past were my tummy used to bulk up due to working out external muscles and not the inner abdominal muscles.

Thank you Roberta again for everything and making me feel confident in all my tight outfits!
