GROUP CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Our studio offers an exciting mix of mat and equipment group classes in a variety of disciplines.
For the classes to run, however, we require a minimum of 4 people booked at least 12 hours prior to the class starting time.
We value your custom and therefore we encourage registration to be done ahead and monthly in advance
thus avoiding disappointment when classes get cancelled due to poor attendance .

Ground yourself in the essentials of PILATES, mastering proper technique to reap the benefits of group classes. Designed for beginners, this class is also suitable for those who have been inactive or coming off of an injury. This series helps participants develop true core strength and stability while heightening mind-body awareness. Props add variety and build familiarity for more challenging classes.
The choice of the repertoire comprises a combination of exercises that are a progression from the Essential and Intermediate levels but that are also specific to the Advanced workout. With a special focus on stability, sequencing, endurance and coordination, this repertoire will help you build strong, healthy core and peripheral muscles. Follow this workout for full-body fitness and you will feel energized and challenged as you sculpt leaner, more athletic bodies.

Kizz-on-Barre™ integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio & strength training. With an emphasis on correct biomechanics of movement to increase strength, flexibility, stamina, core and dynamic stability. High-energy, great Kizomba music, and a challenging class open for all!
PILATES on Equipment
Prerequisite: Intro Private Session.
Enjoy an energizing and challenging full body workout applying the basic principles of the PILATES method. This low-intensity full-body class is perfect for those who have just started Pilates, but are anxious to see the benefits. We target the glutes, abdominals, arms and legs whilst addressing any postural imbalances
Suspension Training with TRX
Train while suspended - either by your hands or feet - generally by one anchor point. The one base of support - the anchor point - will provide you with the ideal mix of mobility and strength, enhancing your levels of endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, core, stability and overall power!
Prerequisites: Some Yoga experience and Pilates Reformer.
Yin = Balance , Mindfulness, Inner Self, Meditative Breath amongst other things
In this class, we explore Fascial Movement through yoga asanas using the reformer and the freeForm Board
A fusion class combining elements of Yoga and Pilates
It cannot be missed if you are looking for an active stretch class that conditions and tones your body in a mindful way using the breath as a medium to help you unwind and destress.
Combining various discipline such as pilates, yoga, gymnastics and stretching, Bodyflying gives us the ability to move the body 360 degrees using a suspension training tool. The sling and the 6 handles support the body without limitations on range of movement imposed by gravity. This Method uses gravitational resistance generated by body weight. Once the centre of gravity is identified, strength and flexibility are developed.
The FreeFormBoard gives you a Total Body Workout combining cardiovascular activity whilst strengthening your whole body, developing flexibility, balance, coordination, endurance and toning your core. FreeFormBoard is a versatile and unstable tool which gives you freedom to move in all directions challenging your spacial awareness and your centre of gravity.
