STUDIO RCT is committed to provide high quality training to all its customers and that’s why we prefer you to book and pay in advance for your training sessions. We recognise that on occasions customers will book onto training sessions and subsequently find that they are unable to attend. In these situations we ask that customers notify us of their need to cancel their booking as soon as possible.
Similarly, STUDIO RCT will always aim to run training sessions once customers have booked onto them , however on occasions STUDIO RCT will find it necessary to cancel training sessions and when this need arises we are committed to taking positive steps to alert you to the cancellation as soon as possible either by phone and/or email. STUDIO RCT reserves the right to modify or cancel any training session if unforeseen circumstances arise but we will do our utmost to avoid doing so.
The information below outlines the action to be taken in case of cancellation.
General
If you need to cancel your booking for a training session, please send cancellation details by calling or texting Roberta on 39445816, so we can reallocate the place to a person on the waiting list. Our training sessions are often over-subscribed and your place can often be filled by another customer.
If you notify STUDIO RCT of your cancellation 24 hours prior to the training session, we will provide a full refund or offer a transfer of credit for another session.
If you notify STUDIO RCT of your cancellation less than 24 hours to the training session, the full cost will be payable.
Where you have booked a place at a training session and do not attend without notifying STUDIO RCT of your cancellation, the full fee will be payable.
Where STUDIO RCT cancels a training session that you have paid to attend, we will offer you a full refund (or a credit transfer for a future session). Full advice on refunds/credits will be provided at the time of cancellation.
Ultimately, advance payment reserves you the right to have a time for training either privately or in groups. When group classes are full you will take your chance to drop in with the understanding that you may not be reserved a place for that training session.
If you book verbally and not pay and you do not give adequate notice of cancellation as per above conditions, or you just do not show up, you will be charged next time you wish to book or be refused the time previously reserved for training.
Your cooperation will be much appreciated.
